while managing the upkeep and presentation of rental properties, Airbnb's and holiday homes, ensuring properties are maintained, ready and looking great for weekends or holiday period visits.
Common duties include:
- Weeding and vegetation trimming
- Lawn mowing, planting, mulching and plant watering
- Blowing and cleaning of paths, verandahs, driveways and outdoor areas
- Window cleaning and cobweb removal
- General tidying and presentation
